We will check our Order box daily and reply the same day, by telephone within 12 hours for order receive confirmation.
All orders will be dispatched by 36 Hours carrier packed in a Wax coated Paper bag, chilled and iced, and will reach you the next day usually, subject to availability. Early orders will always take priority when fish is scarce.
In some cases the weight of the fishes you have ordered may be higher than requested due to the weight of actual fish. Your invoice will reflect this and you will be asked for an extra payment.
We subsidize the packaging and carriage cost and only charges you, a nominal 100 BDT for the service for delivery. Delivery charge is free for orders over 2,000BDT.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate.

Due to any unavoidable circumstances, if we are unable to make the delivery within 36 Hours, we will contact you to either arrange a revised date or cancel the order.
As a consumer you have statutory rights regarding the return of defective Goods.
COMPLAINTS If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, contact us as soon as possible when the goods arrive on 01708 13 92 93 or send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can agree a solution to the problem within 24 hours. We treat complaints, though rare, very seriously and use them to continuously improve our service.
